Shipping and Returns Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Enjoy free delivery on orders over AED 300.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your full address and telephone number at checkout.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery within the UAE typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.
- We use a courier service for all shipments. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Importing to Your Country
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the items can be lawfully imported into their country. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any taxes, import duties, and fees incurred during the import process. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the total cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges but do not provide refunds.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the return is due to one of the following reasons:
- You received the wrong order.
- The product is defective.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product is recalled by the manufacturer.
How to Return Your Item
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to gt@futurefoodsfeeds.com with the following details:
- Your name and billing address
- The items you ordered
- Your order number and purchase date
Once we have received your email, please return the item to us in its original, undamaged packaging, along with the packing slip or order confirmation if possible.
Additional Notes on Returns:
- Customised or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items with opened lids cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The original shipping, duty, and tax charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using recorded delivery with a tracking number for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, excluding taxes and customs fees.
